Suggesting based on the word alone that Courtney's use of the word "boy" is somehow demeaning to blacks misunderstands what's actually demeaning to blacks. Spend 15 minutes around black folks. Excellent point. Being a workaholic clearly makes one more moral than others. The complexity of your life is admirable.
