- an confession is an admission, at least in civil matters and imagine its the same in criminal matters. its evidence. a confession means the accused agrees with the complaint and the court can move to the sentencing phase. in vick's (posted to Do Americans Care More About Dogs Than Women?)

- I disagree that Vick hasn't served his time. He has. Now, if you lobby for harsher penalties for animal cruelty in the future that's all well and good, and you're well within your rights to do so, but Vick paid (posted to Do Americans Care More About Dogs Than Women?)
