This is off-topic, mostly, but I've always wondered why so many people refer to Sec of State (whatever happened to Rodham) Clinton as "Hillary." Generally, in their time, they weren't referred to as Madeleine, Colin, or Condoleeza. Most people don't (posted to Getting out of the way so women can save the world)
