It is great that Bristol came out and said this. We need the young people to speak out themselves and say that Abstinence only sex-ed DOES NOT WORK. There is no better poster child for the failure of abstinence programs (posted to Bristol Palin admits abstinence is "not realistic.")

i think it depends on where you go. there are some places that are completely ridiculous and have that trendy, high-end atmosphere. but there are others that are really about healing and getting in touch with your body. i would (posted to Yoga for the (Online) People)
