Baby Jane is creepy as hell. Also hilarious. Be sure to IMDB all the anecdotes about the behind-the-scenes rancor between Davis and Crawford after you watch it. Also, I recommend Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte, which has one of the best (posted to What's at the top of your netflix queue?)
