- Furthermore, men are not encouraged to change their bodies in order to appeal to women. They take for granted that male bodies are not as attractive as female ones, but are only rarely encouraged to lose weight and never encouraged (posted to The Male Gaze and the Beauty of the Female Form)
- I actually know a few het men who crossdress. They do this, primarily, because they think women are so hot, they want to look like one. They're not transgendered, they're not gay, one is overweight and embarrassed to wear a (posted to The Male Gaze and the Beauty of the Female Form)

- Well said (@ OP). The issue is that women are seen as objects, as entertainment for men. This is rape culture, isn't it? I don't think having male entertainment would address the issue. It's not the same with the sexes (posted to Military entertainment promoting rape?)
