Actually sex workers DO deserve to be paid - and paid very well. They provide a very useful service - and put themselves at considerable physical, emotional and psychological risk to do so. (posted to Rape, Sexual Assault and Prostitution)

In the scenario you described I think it has to be theft, because consent was given AT THE TIME the acts occurred. To me that's the key. YOu can't retroactively remove your consent or decide later after the acts that (posted to Rape, Sexual Assault and Prostitution)
