This may be our most chaotic Fuck You/Fuck Yeah ever. The gals came over to keep me company (I've been pretty sick) and do some Feministing work, so we did our video panel-styles.

We have many, many, many reason to tell Focus on the Family to go fuck themselves, but this week's email blast was one we had to bring attention to in particular.
In short, the email told folks that anti-discrimination bills protecting transgender people's rights would create "a whirlwind of social problems", and "would even allow men to use women's restrooms--right alongside women and even young girls."
This video also made me realize that my New York accent comes out only when using the word "bathroom."

It is clear that we have been in Austin for 6 days, I have lost my voice and we may have lost our minds. But please enjoy our take on being feminists at SXSW.

Links to news stories we mention -- and where to take action:
- North Dakota fetal personhood legislation - Take Action
- Montana fetal personhood legislation - Take Action
- Missouri legislation to challenge the (as yet un-passed) Freedom of Choice Act and legislation to create the new crime of "coercing an abortion" - Take Action
- Arkansas law to strengthen penalties imposed by the Federal Abortion Ban - already passed
UPDATE: Apparently they are going wilder than we thought. Two states that we missed: Tennessee and Minnesota. According to RH Reality Check, the Tennessee House is considering two bills that would give the state the ability to further restrict abortion.
In Minnesota, there are FOUR bills on the table. The anti-choicers are really going wild there, with a bill that would mandate abortion reporting, another that would require that abortions be performed within 20 miles of a hospital, another would further limit low-income women's access to state funds for abortion and the last would ban a rare rarely used form of abortion called saline amniocentesis.
This is probably my shortest Friday Feminist Fuck You ever, but I literally had nothing else to say.

Perpetuate this, motherfucker.

Miriam and I bring you a very presidential "fireside chat edition" of the Friday video. (Yes, we are total dorks and vlogged in front of Miriam's fireplace.) Today, we say good riddance and FUCK YOU to George W. Bush by listing some of his offenses.
Transcript after the jump. Oh, and pardon our poor production quality.
In comments, add your own reasons for saying "fuck you" to Dubya.
