• Ha ha ha, as a kid I had a book of fairy tales called Tatterhood and Other Tales, and they all had pretty strong female heroines. I wore that book out. (posted to The fairy tale they should have read us when we were little girls...)
• I loved the book "Grassroots" by Jennifer Baumgardner and Amy Richards - it's an easy read and it's all about activism! And the same authors wrote "Manifesta" which is such a good book to read about Third Wave feminism. You (posted to Becoming an activist)
