This quiz reminds me of all the issues that women are facing today such as abuse and discrimination. Equal rights act has been in effect but the prejudice is still obvious in today's society. Feminist movements will remain strong and people with voices such as Lauren London should make a difference. I know she has been getting more involved with stuff on blackplanet.com/99ProblemsDotorg. Hopefully equality presents itself sooner than later.
The era was never ratified by 2/3 of the states actually. So it's not in effect. Unless you mean the civil rights act which includes gender discrimination as well.
Hi,
#2 is wrong. There are actually fifteen women CEOs of the Fortune 500.

Very informative. I have to admit, I got schooled by this quiz.
Cherie: Your link goes to the fortune *1000* not 500
^^ oops cherie... it broke it down into the first 500 and second 500... my bad :/
Question 1 should be the US Senate; women make up nearly 30 % of the House, but merely 17% of the Senate.
Devin, according to http://womenincongress.house.gov/ , there are 76 women House Reps. at the moment, which is 17.4%.
