Feminists golddigging our way into Obama's heart

I am absolutely loving the headlines in conservative news as of late. While one might humorously appreciate Men's News Daily's contention that "women made Obama," feminists have apparently turned him into our money puppet while taking control of the world. That's one thing I'll always be fond of from the MRAs - their habit of giving feminists way too much credit. Only if!

Line of the day: "Barack Obama appears to be one with the feminist privilege machine." Sweet.

Because working for equality means being part of a nefarious scheme to garner unearned privilege! Now I understand.

OH! So that's what it's about! And here I just wanted to judged on my persona instead of my vagina. Now I see.

What a beautiful article, it is humorous to think that most of the bullet points in the article are supposed to make people shake their heads, "What! The possibility of government being 50% women???"
This article, while not accurate, made me smile.

I just find it hilarious how the article on 'Men's News Daily', can sincerely say "Indeed, he is a beacon of promise for all who covet unearned riches." and right next to it is a table of the commentators- all white, and, (bar two) all male!

I love the phrase "leftist feminist."

Can anyone name a far-right feminist?

*Fox News mode*

Don't you know? Sarah Palin is the only true feminist, who was unfairly persecuted by leftist feminutsies!

Mr. Bernard Chapin is an idiot. I can say *that* with a clear conscience. Is it an ad hominen attack? Maybe one could argue it is. Is it true? You betchya.

I'd like to tell Mr. Chapin a thing or two. First of all, as a female who has worked in "male dominated" fields, including driving a tractor trailer and unloading trucks, I can tell you that it's not the physical dangers or the hard work that drives women away. No, indeed, it is the behavior of uncouth bastards like him. Rude, obnoxious, with no respect for their fellow humans, and with a special hatred for any women who seem to be encroaching on their "territory."

Secondly, he touches on the "pay gap" and decries that the statute of limitations was removed for being able to sue employers for unfair wages. Maybe that will make employers think twice before they pay a woman less. I have experienced that first hand, and it sucks. And anyone who thinks it isn't a problem has never had to deal with it.

And lastly, if Mr. Chapin wants to decry the loss of jobs in this country he can look squarely in the mirror. He obviously voted for the old white Republican bastards who supported sending all of the high paying factory jobs to Mexico and China so that the CEOs of said corporations could profit off of slave wage labor. I have seen what that does to a community. It creates one big giant sucking sound as all of a sudden people who have worked at the same plant for thirty years find their retirement pensions evaporated into thin air and are facing the prospect of going from making $30 to $50 an hour to making $7 an hour at Wal-Mart. I have seen it with my own eyes and it ain't pretty.

Perhaps Mr. Chapin should get out from behind his computer and take a walk through some of the ghettos of this country, talk to the people who are affected by the economic policies of the last decade, both men and women, and then come back and see if he can be as smug as he is in that article.

As someone who has worked in a physically demanding warehouse job unloading trucks with no AC(in Texas), I agree. I didn't mind the work or the climate. I hated the crap I was submitted to.

You know what? They're right. I'm a feminist with feminist goals and I vote for politicians with feminists positions on issues that affect women. I wanted to vote for Hillary for president, but when Obama was chosen in the primaries I threw my little bit of weight behind him 100%, volunteering with what little time I had. And guess what? He won, and I'm holding him accountable with my vote. That's how it works, right? Am I naive? If that's cashing in then yeah, I'm cashing in.

Does Phyllis Schlafly think that Barack is going to throw her a bone for being so darn outraged that she's a loserly loser who lost? Cause if he did, I'd be pissed. And I'm one of his supporting constituents, not her, and I expect him to push through my feminist agenda and not her anti-feminist agenda. CHA-CHING!

I threw up in my mouth a little bit when I saw the tag on that article: "Men's Rights Activism"

Fucking hell.

Unearned riches? Damn, I'm still sittin' here waiting for my earned riches. Thank goodness the Right has shown me the way--like the other feminists, I can just apply direct to Mr. Obama for all those riches I keep hearing about. No more wondering how I'll make those credit card payments!

So, I can't say that this response is exactly surprising but I will say - let them keep talking and we'll keep doing.
