I love Margaret Cho...and that show looks like it would be AWESOME!! :)

My DVR will be set, believe you me! Margaret Cho is amazing and fearless.

Contrived reality tv is not for me.

God I love her. It sounds sappy, but her stories helped me that little bit more to get back on my feet when life kicked me on my ass.

YAAAAAA!!!! I'm not usually big on reality tv, besides a somewhat secret love for the Hills, but I've loved Margaret for years. I was introduced to her in my first women studies class...she is one of the reasons that I became a feminist (or realized that I was one). She is amazing! One of the best comics out there, and my favorite one. I will definitely be watching this one!!

I've read her book, I Have Chosen to Stay and Fight. It was a great!! It's the kind of book that makes you angry and want to be a super-feminist activist. It's also incredibly hilarious and not one to read in a quiet setting. :)

Robos A Go Go: The thing is, seeing as much of Margaret as I have from her stand-up and her shows and reading her books - this is probably going to be the least contrived reality show there is. She's very much about being exactly who she is, and I have strong doubts she would let shit get twisted by execs or whatever.

Personally, I'm totally excited about this - I lovelovelove her! And I love the fact that my city has Margaret Cho Day! Woohoo!

I don't love 100% of Margaret's material...and some of those segments seem "contrived" indeed. But I did meet her once after she gave a talk and she was so personable...kind, compassionate and generous. And completely comfortable in her own skin! If this show projects that message then it's worth it.
