Monday Monty Blogging (sandy edition)

Just got some pics back from vacation. As you can see, we buried Monty in the sand, and he actually seemed to love it. He stayed like that for a good five minutes until the humiliation of having us take pictures over and over was too much for him.

Montey must be extremely patient, I've never seen a dog just sit like that. How cute!

Hehe. What are dogs for if not humiliating photographs?

OMG please don't bury him like that again! It's actually really dangerous; kids have died from it. Something about the weight of the sand collapsing in and burying them alive.

Really?! Well, I can assure you that in this case there was no more than an inch or two of sand on him - as soon as he wanted to get up, he did, with no effort. But, point definitely taken. Thanks. Craziness...

Hah, I put "killjoy" in tags on either side of my post but they didn't show up. Didn't mean to be alarmist; I just panicked when I saw the pic.

hahaha, nice. no worries, it's nice to know other people are looking out for my pups.

Awwww! I've said it before (and every Monday it's confirmed): That dog is too adorable!

Was it really hot there? Being buried in sand can do wonders for cooling off.
