And we're back!

I think the nightmare is over! The new site is up, it's moving super fast, and I feel like I can finally relax on my vacation. Thanks to Matt for all of his hard work and sleepless nights. And to our guardian angel, Destiny from MediaTemple, who swooped in when things were crazy and lifted us out of the tech muck. Amazing.

And thanks to all of you for the ridiculous amounts of patience you've shown. If you have any problems, email us or leave it comments...

Yay!

Hey Jessica,
The site is still not working for me. It will let me sign in but when I try to go to the community page I get an error message that says "operation aborted" and then it redirects me to an error page. Thanks for all you hard work though, I know this has been a nightmare for you all!

Well, the layout is all screwy on my page. Either the left hand side is cut off or the right hand side is, depending on if I refresh the page or not. I don't know if I have to have a specific browser or what, but I'm using internet explorer right now. Also, I see an ad from mormon.org Is this serious??

Thanks, Matt is checking this thread throughout the day for errors like this and will be tweaking stuff. I think some folks with IE were having probs, but I know Matt was on that. As for the ad, if you see anything you think shouldn't be there (like something that goes against the Feministing mission), always feel free to email me about it.

The new site is fast and seems to be glitch free.

I logged in once today with ease, then the second attempt to log into the community just now displayed the "operations aborted" message.

Finally! I can log in! But the layout is still screwed up. Everything below the header is off to the left, and most of the left-hand sidebar is unviewable. I can't even scroll over.

I can't write a post :( I get a 404 error or something whenever I click on the link from anywhere. I can comment though! It's still great I love it though. Great job!

I just had to make an account using my boyfriend's email address, because the site wouldn't let me sign in with my old TypeKey user-name and password. I assumed none of those accounts work anymore, and that everyone had to register all over again, so I tried registering on the community site, but it says my username is already taken.

I've always posted comments under the name "hellotampon."

Did someone steal my name? Is there a list of registered users available so I can check? This is dumb, but I really liked that name and don't want to use another one. If someone stole it well, that's really lame of them.
