How did Neidra deal with Monty when he first arrived? Does she like or tolerate other animals? We have a Maine Coon, Agatha, and are thinking of getting a kitten, or perhaps eventually a dog, but we're concerned who Agatha will deal. She hates dogs. HATES them. But a puppy...she might be able to deal with that.

Sorry about that. I went into my squealing girl mode. I always find it funny how cats tend to bully puppies, and once the puppies grow, they return the favor.

You can practically see the kitty thinking something along the lines of "Why the hell did they let YOU in here??" Do they get along now?

Yes, they totally cuddle and get along great. It did take a while though. First Neidra hid, then she treated him with indifference. Then she would rub up on him while hissing (as if to say, I'll cuddle you - but I'm not going to like it!). Now they're pals.
