Feminist back to school supplies!

Okay, so it's not exactly back-to-school time. But these school supplies from the fabulous Sticker Sisters are a must have any time of year. (Though I totally want a pen that says 'action is glamour'. But I'm just cheesy like that.)

That site has some really cool stuff! Thanks for the link!
I don't like the "action not glamour" pen. I think it is misogynist. I think it puts the responsibility on girls to choose action, or at worse the blame for those that "choose" glamour. We all know who and what is responsible for the Pink Ghetto they call the girls toy aisle. The rest seem innocuous, but I wouldn't call them feminist.
My Feminist pens would say "Stop selling panties to underage girls: men" and "Stop selling me makeup kits: men" and "I want to be a writer. Deal with it." "Girl isn't an insult"
"Glamour isn't the problem, It's men"
I wouldn't really call this stuff especially feminist.
And is it just me or is 'Girl Revolution Not Just A Fad' a really awkward sentence...? It at least needs a ':' in there!
That pen is wonderful, however I'm with you--action is glamour would be a great one!
Hey, nice stuff. I just may invest in some of those pens and pencils, in order to guarantee that there would be some office supplies around the house that my teenage sons wouldn't touch. Also my husband and his rotisserie league.
It would be a refreshing change from my Hello Kitty pencils.
I want action and glamor.
MrsTarquinBiscuitbarrel, There is nothing wrong with hello kitty pencils/pens/pads of paper/waffle makers... and i own all of those ^_^.
I'm with you, EG!
Also, this pen reminds me of the song Action and Drama by Bis, a very underrated and underappreciated Scottish disco/pop/punk/DIY group.
