Monday Monty Blogging (multiple Montys edition)

I think Monty looks kinda drunk in this picture, which makes me laugh. But not as hard as I laughed when I saw the picture below the fold, in which he's giving me the "crazy eye."

The crazy eye isn't as hilarious as the tongue sticking out. My cat does the same thing and it cracks me up but I can't get him on film doing it.
oh, I love the crazy eye!
What a character.
Mad-Eye Monty, a legend among canine aurors...
Oh so very cute.
He is just adorable! One question, though -- do you still have a cat? Your cat just reminded me so much of my dear departed one, who lived to 21 1/2 years, and died during George W's state of the union address. Yes, he was a liberal.
Oh, dogs are so funny. We have 4 (two labs, a shorthair pointer, and a japanese chin).
I love his crazy eyeballs! He's a cutie, for sure.
My dog does that to me...she's brown-eyed, though, so it probably doesn't have quite the same effect. What breed is he? He looks like an Australian shepherd.
And EG, you win three internets for making me snort my Code Red. Nerd jokes are awesome.
Waaa!!!
What breed was he again? And how much will he weigh full grown?
He's a miniature australian shepherd...he'll be under 30 lbs, I believe.
And yes, my beloved Neidra is still around (though a little more pissy than she was).
oh, thank you, I needed that :)
Thanks Jessica.
Waaa!!!! So cute.
My dog, Diesel (he's a big black lab) gives me crazy eyes when he does his happy dance. He does this thing where he gets on his back and rubs himself on the floor with his mouth open and tongue hanging out and grunting, and he gets the crazy eye. He'll just do it for a minute or so and then all of a sudden calm down and take a nap or chew a bone. It's kind of strange. It's like a fit of happiness.
But what's really funny is that I was recently watching something about coyotes on Animal Planet, and a coyote was doing the same happy dance that my dog does! And I said, "Hey! Diesel does that!" And the narrator was like, "It's not known why this male coyote is doing this. Maybe he's rubbing his scent on the ground. Or maybe he just likes doing it." And I was like, "No, Animal Planet dude. It's a happy dance."
