Wow. I'm sitting here flipping through the channels, and I see a familiar face, who looks an awful lot like the awesome person who helped lead a Women's Studies 101 class I took at SUNYA. I do a little googling, and discover I'm right.

Congrats on the book and the success you've clearly had. I still count that class as one of the most personally influential I've ever taken. Thanks.

I saw it, just randomly found it on the TVguide channel! It was pretty nice. I wish we could have heard the first questions, before they found that mic. You were also a little giggly- a sign of nerves, maybe, but it was distracting. All in all, though, I appreciated watching it. Thank you!

It was kind of a trip to see your name on the TV Guide Channel. I'm so glad that was on CSPAN - since you were in SF for that event, there was no chance I (living clear across the country) would have been able to see it otherwise.

I remember when other kids dreamed of being on MTV, my dream was to someday be on C-Span.

Yeah, I was a nerd back then too!

I had never heard of this site before, but happened across you on BookTV. I just had to stop as I was surfing channels, because it was so refreshing to hear someone speak so plainly about women's issues!

It was great to actually see something GOOD on tv, and even my boyfriend chimed in with a few "damn rights" as we watched.

I just watched it. I'll have you know i downloaded realplayer just to do so. Anyway, you were awesome. You're a really good public speaker...hm...have you considered running for office?
