This is what a WAM conference looks like

Check out the full set of pics here. (Okay, maybe not the full set.)

And I swear we did work. It wasn't all dancing and hotel after-parties. Those just make for the best pictures.

Great pictures, ladies.

I just wanted all of you to know that with Mitt Romney leading the GOP money pack, there's a new craze for summer. "Wholesomewear." The company has a big sales pitch for why they will be all the rage. But here's the bottom line: It's the shame of the body campaign, circa 2007; the bathing suit burka craze has begun.

Hey, if that swimwear's good enough for Zelda Fitzgerald, it's good enough for your chaste child.

Wow...this is a good series to use as proof that women can be feminists and still be hotties. Fwhoar.

Re: bathing suit link -
I'm surprised they didn't just go all-out and put red and white horizontal stripes on them, like the ones in cartoons from the early 1900s...

for the next who knows how long, whenever anything starts to piss me off or stress me out, i'm just going to think to myself, "yeah, but the WAM after-party was in my room," and i'll feel better. wish i could take you all home with me every night.

Scandalous!

I think we can all see how you "work" now, Jessica Valenti. =P
