Shameless self-promotion

Because what else are Fridays for? The April issue of Elle magazine has an article called The 2007 IntELLEgentsia, featuring a list of cool women doing cool things. And apparently feminism is cool. Yes, I'm psyched.

Big congratulations! That's fantastic.

Look, shameless self-promotion is one thing, but double posting it? (Joking, joking.)

Congratulations! You're turning into a media juggernaut.

oh weird. yes that's right. double the ego.

I was just kidding. You should be proud of yourself. The rest of us are.

aw, thanks. ego aside, it warms my heart to see mainstream women's mags taking notice of feminism

Jessica, I think they've talked the talk for quite a while. Getting them to walk the walk seems like the bigger challenge when there are still so many "101 ways to please your man," "Lose 2 inches this week!" or "Treat yourself with this expensive and useless item" articles in the mags.

Congratulations yet again, Jessica.

Now, let's see what they all say when your book's out...

This is so encouraging. I love it when my favorite feminist bloggers get mainstream attention.
