Useless Friday fun!
Lauren (and Amanda) pointed me in the direction of a fun new blog toy...voice commenting! So call 1(641)985-7800 *2537249 and do some feminist message-leaving. Fun!
Don't know what to say? Tell us who your favorite fictional feminist is. Mine is Maude Lebowski.

Voice comment!!!! And norbiz, I know your ass called Lauren. Don't make me jealous.
Everyone makes fun of my little voice on the phone, so no voice comments for me. Someone from the phone company once called and thought I was six, no joke.
I like Jet Girl. She was a feminist, and she had a jet. How can it get any better?
Doesn't sound like so much fun to me, sorry. Anyone going to provide a transcript of these comments? This is just another way the internet becomes less accessible to deaf/hoh.
i'll provide a rundown on Monday, BEG. thanks for the reminder. :)
thanks, jeremy!
woooo! exciting to hear my voice on feministing! next chance for a voice comment, i'll leave one in the style of an overly excited 15 year old on mtv's trl.
and no, jessica, thank YOU for being one of my new feminist heroes!
I think Amy kicks C.J.'s ass.
voice comment, alon!!! damn man, you guys are taking the fun out of this. ;)
Okay, I voice commented. It took me 8 takes, but eventually I got something that sounds reasonable.
haha, cool shit.
shit, you're totally right about amy. how could i forget her? i just lost some west wing fanboy points.
Oh, Amy Gardner. YES.
I would cut my life significantly short for Amy to be real, and for her to date me.
omg, that anonymous comment made me want to cry.
ok, I made mine...it was a little awkward, but we all are sometimes.
Wonder Woman, definitely. But I'm not doing the voice commenting until I can kick this stupid cold I've had for two weeks!
I called and commented. I felt so awkward. This is the first time I got a typepad account to comment too.
It's all for the better I suppose :)
