Oof. I can't decide if I'm more offended by the message or the alarming number of fonts used.
What I want to know is: Under what circumstance would you actually give somebody one of these cards? Presumably not as a wedding, engagement, or anniversary related thingie, or you'd look like you had an unhealthy interest in the happy couple's sex life. And in any other context, it'd be a non sequitur.
Cheers,
TH
"wacky"?
TH, you could use them as the greeting card for when you gave them a set of cock rings as a birthday present. (Okay, so I have friends that are a little more sexually liberated than most.)
Though I wouldn't buy metal cock rings. You do want them to be able to flex a little.
Wow. That is amazing.
hahaha. what a bunch of wackadoos
Um. Maybe those are cock rings?
I know some people who think they help...
Ok, I'm kinky, but even I won't slip on a metal cock ring. Those abstinence only folk are really into risky stuff it seems.
Maybe they're for the anal and oral sex that the abstaining kids will be having?
Not being serious. I like how the poster couple at www.abstinence.net is a close up of the woman looking all self righteous and smug and the man in the background looking all denied and dejected. It’s like she’s almost saying
"ha ha you aren’t getting any!"
We have a lot in common, it seems. I, too, enjoy making fun of people with opinions that differ from mine.
I did not write the post above.Someone is using my (no)name.
The look of the city depends on where you stand and its layout. A warren of streets is a different experience, from the ground or from on high, than a grid pattern. In one case it can seem like a maze; in the other, like an arrow with a purpose. Each vantage point from which you look tells a different story of the city. Are you high up or low down? Are you seeing the city from a distance or close up? Our eyes determine what we see. If you are young, disabled, old, a woman or a man there is a contrast in focus. For one the buildings loom overwhelmingly or can appear claustrophobic hemming you in, for the other they soar grandly into the sky.
Our jobs, too, shape what we see and what we leave out as we see selectively. The strategic planner typically sees the city from the air on large-scale maps, whereas the local planner zooms in to the great detail. The one sees the city as slightly flat, more like a surface, and with computer technology its 3D shapes come across with the tilt.
The other needs to walk the streets and nearly touch the surfaces of bollards, pavements and houses. The engineers might look at structures and ask ‘do they stand up?’. The crime prevention officer is looking for hidden crannies where the sightlines aren’t clear; and the thief wants some confusion in the space.
