Any guy that likes cars or girl that likes shopping is obviously neurotic and has been brainwashed by straight culture and needs to be fixed.

Heteronormativity in no way vilifies heterosexuality - if you had gone to blac(k)ademic's site you would have seen a big fat definition of heteronormativity in big, easy-to-read letters. Blog Against Heteronormativity actually is a way to level the playing field for all orientations - or at least try to - and create an egalitarian environment for us all, instead of the oft enforced Cleaver culture crush.
