t looks like China has recently taken up a serious interest in bras, an interest so serious that you can now get your bachelors in bra studies at Hong Kong’s Polytechnic University. Now that’s a degree!
China’s biggest lingerie manufacturer, Top Form, even has its own bra lab. As of late, the lab has been trying to find new ways to pad, testing "fillers" such as air and oil. (That would be a tad messy, no?) Their latest (and more realistic) experimentation has been with fiberfill, the stuffing used in ski parkas.
I would think a much better choice than oil. But don’t ask me -- I didn’t go to school for it.

You might find this article on the Physics of Bras to be interesting:
It seems to me that you just can't win with your boobs. Either you're told they're too small and you need to get surgery to make them bigger, or you're told they're too big and you have to get surgery to make them smaller. Apparently it's not the size of your boobs that's wrong, but the fact that they're there. If they're small, you're sexless, and if they're big you're oversexed... or something.
Not everyone needs to be a C cup. I'm endowed to the point where my bras have three or four hooks at the back, and I don't have any sort of problem with back pain or aerobics classes. I'm sure there are some women whose bra sizes have three or four letters in them that really benefit from a breast reduction, but I have a hunch that there are a lot more breast reductions carried out than are necessary.
yellownumber5 you're probably right. Also, if you didn't have to jump through a million hoops just to find it and then spend 75 dollars a bra to get something that was comfy, supportive, and not an architectural creation I bet there would be less reductions as well.
