The only right that is even close to privacy in the constitution is against unreasonable search and seizure. Precedent based on bad precedent is bad law.
No right to privacy in the constitution. The closed thing is "unreasonable search and seizure".
Bad precedent based on bad precedent is bad law. If you want to protect your privacy do it through congress. But wait...that would mean having a majority.
