Flavored condom ad leaves a bad taste in my mouth
Nice huh?
That's the new ad for Durex condom's new fruit flavored condoms, which will be featured in our fave "lad mags" like Maxim and FHM. Now all you boys out there will be able to know the joy of faking oral with a magazine.

I thought that "anything" that promoted birth control was good.
Maybe now you'll agree that there needs to be limits place on how sex ed and birth control are presented to teens.
I think it's a great ad! Really, it will get people's attention, and if it gets more people to use condoms during oral sex, it's a good thing. Yes it's "shocking," but I think it's shock with good purpose. It's only demeaning to women if you consider blowjobs demeaning to women.
My issue with the ad is that the woman is really monochromatic. I had to stare at it awhile before I saw the shoulders for what they were. "Ok, that's hair, so it's a head, ok... What the hell does she have on? Earmuffs? oh! Those are shoulders... I get it now"
Maybe it's because I haven't had my coffee yet.
I'm all for promoting birth control using sexual images. I just don't think that a the back of a woman's head (cropped off her body!) is very sexy.
Hey, t, when did anyone say that? One example, please.
The girl looks freakishly small and childlike, and this is an ad for fruity condoms?
It's always worth noting the use of race in advertising.
t, j, is the condom in that ad being used for birth control? They didn't teach us that in sex ed!
Not boring all nights, also remember: "Whatever was the sex, the main thing that it was protected..." Protect health.
