Feministing’s 5th Anniversary Fundraiser!
After five years of breaking news, breaking balls, and bringing you bad-ass feminist blogging, Feministing is holding our first big fundraising event ever in celebration of our five year anniversary.
We’re bringing together our friends, loyal readers and fellow online and offline activists to celebrate this very special occasion and enjoy some rad entertainment, delicious cocktails and just old fashion feminist fun! And we have quite the line-up of guests:
- The famous and fabulous Mr. Showbiz, Murray Hill!
- Awesome indie band, BoySkout
- Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls camper band, Saffire
- DJ Tikka Masala will be bringing us some great hip hop beats
- A special guest appearance by the amazing Kathleen Hanna of Le Tigre and Bikini Kill!
*This is a 21+ event. (Explanation here)
